Bristol Gin distillery has been producing since 2017 in ancient cellars in the heart of Medieval Bristol. Started by two inquisitive cocktail bartenders who wanted to produce a range of spirits that they would be proud to serve on their bar, the distillery is known for quality as well as the experimentation and humour that are at the heart of their operation.

Lost and Grounded Brewers was established in Bristol in 2016. They are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers and operate a state-of-the-art Brewhouse, complete with a traditional lactic acid propagation plant (traditional German method of adjusting acidity) to produce beers with balance, nuance and depth of character.
