Situated in the vaulted basement of the historic Rummer Hotel, our cosy micro distillery sets a warming ambiance that will have you feeling relaxed and ready for a tipple. We explore our own Bristol Dry Gin and other local gins like Psychopomp, Cotswold Gin and 6 O'Clock.
