We have won much acclaim within the industry for our extensive range of spirits, and our eclectic wine list. These collections were born out of a genuine passion for the alcoholic beverages we serve. We have always tried to share this passion over the bar, but sometimes a more structured approach can yield greater rewards. Our tutored Tastings are conducted by qualified members of our team, and offer a fun and informative way to explore a particular category.
All of the tastings listed below are priced on an individual basis, and available with or without food. Please ask a member of our team, or give us a call to arrange a good time to talk about your requirements. Wine Tasting Let us guide you through our wine list, and maybe introduce you to your new favourite. Chef will be happy to prepare canapés or tapas to suit the wines you are tasting, and our wine expert will explain the wines and their flavours. Rum Tasting We hold one of the largest ranges of rum in the UK, and we will proudly take you through some of the range, with a view to developing an understanding of the differences between different styles of run and rums from different areas. Whisky Tasting We hold one of the largest ranges of Whisky in the Bristol, and whether Scotch, Bourbon, or World Whiskies are your preference, we can tailor a tasting for you. |
